Brief Introduciton: Diamond flexible pads use diamond as abrasive materials to highly increase the polishing efficiency. These pads are suitable for the plain and curve surface polishing of natural stones,porcelain,crystal stone and glass. The whole procedure goes like this: rough grinding, honing, fined grinding and finally polishing. The pads are used on hand polishing machines which are easy to operate.

Notice while using:
Small quantity of water is immitted from #1500. And in buff polishing, stone surface needs to be moisture.The stone cannot be grinded for a long time without water as it will result in burning or pigmentation. If burning appears, the worker must polish the stone again from #200, and if the pigmentation appears, it must be from #400.
Usually, the polishing pads are used on dynamoelectric and pneumatic grinding machine with power of 750w to 1500w and speed up to 2000-10000rpm.
